SubscribePremier 18 Gold improved its bid for the 2018 USAV Girls Junior National Championships while Banzai 181 and Premier 18 Black each punched their ticket to the championships in Anaheim, CA, during the Great Plains Region 18s Bid Tournament earlier this month.
Premier 18 Gold won the tournament and took the region’s National Division bid, which allowed Banzai 181 – which finished second in the tournament – was then able to take the USA Division bid which Premier had won earlier this year.
About the only drama on the day was who would get the American Division bid among the other three teams in the tournament. Premier 18 Black secured that bid with a 2-1 win over Club Legacy 18 ROX.
Legacy finished 1-2 in the tournament to finish fourth while Mid Nebraska VBC 18s went 0-2 to finish fifth.
