Teams from Nebraska Elite took the championship in the 15, 16, and 18 Open Divisions, giving the club a clean sweep of the top four titles in the tournament.
In 18 Open, Nebraska Elite 18 Ying survived an epic match against Nebraska ONE 18 Titanium 21-25, 25-20, 16-14. That victory put both Nebraska Elite and Nebraska ONE with equal 7-1 records atop the round-robin standings the division with Elite winning the title based on the tie-breaker.
In 17 Open, the only older division Open competition that had a tournament to determine the winner, Nebraska Elite 17 Frost defeated Topeka Impact 171 25-19, 25-20 to advance to the final. In the championship match, Nebraska Elite Frost defeated Northern Lights 171 25-22, 25-21/
In 16 Open, Nebraska Elite 16 2.0 went a perfect 8-0 on the weekend and it claimed the victory with a 25-17, 25-23 win over Northern Lights 161. Northern Lights would finish second with a record of 7-1.
In 15 Open, there was a three-way tie atop the standings in the round-robin tournament. Northern Lights 151, Nebraska Elite 15 KOA and Premier 15 Black all finished at 8-1, but Nebraska Elite took home the title on the tie-breaker, which was a set winning percentage of 84.21%, which was better than both Northern Lights and Premier, which each had a set winning percentage of 80.95%
