The Warhawks compiled a 21-14 record in the 2019 high school volleyball season. After claiming a district title, Great Crossing made an appearance in the 11th Region Volleyball Tournament.
Great Crossing, under the direction of head coach Adam Ivetic, faced tough competition throughout its debut campaign. The Warhawks compete with Frankfort, Franklin County and Western Hills in the 41st District. Great Crossing shut out rival Western Hills 3-0 (26-24, 25-11, 25-17) in the 2019 41st District Volleyball Tournament title match.
During the regular season, Great Crossing participated in the Wheaton Classic in Illinois and the Kentucky Challenge in nearby Lexington.
Junior outside hitter Reagan McLean helped to lead the Warhawks in the 2019 high school volleyball season. One of the top players in the state, McLean has committed to Marshall University.
The Warhawks will enter the 2020 high school volleyball season as the favorite in the 41st District.
