Houston has been a leader for both Holy Cross and Northern Kentucky Volleyball Club.
Hailing from Covington, Houston boasts experience as both a setter and attacker. The productive Houston was named to the All-9th Region Team in 2018 and 2019. She was named the MVP of the All “A” Classic State Tournament. The setter/hitter combo player led the Indians in both kills and assists, earning a KVCA All-State Second-Team selection following the conclusion of the 2019 season. In 37 matches during the 2019 high school volleyball season, Houston recorded 436 assists, 289 kills, 180 digs and 72 aces. In her final prep season, Houston helped Holy Cross compile a 27-11 overall record, finish as the 35th District runner-up and make an appearance in the 9th Region Volleyball Tournament.
Houston’s family is no stranger to Northern Kentucky University as her cousin, Jayden Julian, took the court for the NKU volleyball team from 2013-16.
