Here are four 13th Region junior outside hitters to watch in the 2020 high school volleyball season.
Chloe Adams: A standout for 2019 13th Region champion Corbin, Adams excelled throughout her sophomore season. A starter for the Redhounds as a sophomore, Adams delivered in several categories, showcasing multiple skills. Adams, who has been a tenacious hitter from various parts of the court, possesses exceptional jumping ability while showing the ability to block regularly.
Natalie Carl: A consistent performer, Carl is among the key returnees for improving Jackson County. Carl appeared in 26 of 49th District runner-up Jackson County’s 28 matches during the 2019 high school volleyball season. A productive hitter, Carl is expected to take on a larger role for Jackson County during the 2020 prep volleyball season. Carl is a developing into a go-to hitter who reads setters accurately.
Kaylee Graham: Reliable, Graham was a starter for Williamsburg in the 2019 prep volleyball season. Graham landed over 100 kills and recorded 100-plus digs for the Yellow Jackets as a sophomore while stepping up and registering blocks. A stout hitter from the left side, Graham reads opposing defenses efficiently and calls out hitters routinely.
Emily Krutsinger: Another standout for 2019 13th Region champion Corbin, Krutsinger thrived during her sophomore campaign. An additional starter for the 13th Region title winner, Krutsinger is a solid all-around high school volleyball player. A productive passer, Krutsinger possesses exceptional ball-handling skills that allow her to thrive.
