Division I
Avery Adamski – L | Perrysburg | Honorable Mention
Adamski was very active in her role as the libero for the Yellow Jackets. She stays very engaged throughout point flow in reading the ball and reacting based upon the needs whether to pass or dig or step in and deliver a second contact. She has good movement and range and shows great composure and leadership as a sophomore. She averaged just over five digs per set.

At 6’2, Durham has great length that can be dangerous considering her approach space and momentum capabilities as well as her contact point in the air. She was the offensive leader for the Shamrocks this season with a 5.6 kill per set average. She shows good arm control in the air to swing high over hands or with range down the line. As she continues to increase her foot and arm speed she has potential to become an elite attacker for the next level.
Division II
Camden Black – OH | Meadowbrook | 3rd Team
At 5’7, Black carried a heavy offensive load for the Colts in seeing nearly twice as many attempts as her attacking couterparts among their offense. She produced at an effective rate of .320 percentage while averaging just over four kills per set. She also led the team defensively at 11 digs per match.

With over 450 kills on the season and a five kill per set average, the 5’10 oustide hitter proved her value offensively over the course of the season. She was the team leader in total blocks and among the best in service aces and total digs. She helped guide Wyoming to a 13-1 conference record receiving Player of the Week honors during the season.

Brandewie is one of the best prospects in the 2023 class. The 6’2 middle is athletic and elevates very well. She was the key offensive and defensive factor given her point production with her arm and ability to fill up a lot of space when blocking. She averaged 3.7 kills per set and 3.5 blocks per match in helping the Hawks advance to the regional seminfinals. Brandewie was also among the 20 athletes selected to the USA Volleyball Girls Youth National training team.

At 6’3 and touching over 10’, Willow is a big presence on the pins. She was second on the team in total kills with a 3.4 kill per set average while achieving a .343 attack percentage. Defensively, she led the team in total blocks as she can get up and across the tape well putting a lot of pressure on opposing hitters. Improving her footwork in transition and approach patterns will improve balance and efficiency.
Audrey Brininger – OH | Cardington-Lincoln | 3rd Team
The 5’7 outside hitter led the Pirates offensively in averaging 4.3 kills per set while attacking at a .334 percentage. At over 800 attempts on the season, she emerged as the team’s primary offensive option and produced effectively at a 43% kill per attempt rate.

The Senecas recently advanced to the state semifinals and continue to showcase good balance in their offense. Miller is the team leader at the net averaging 4.2 kills per set and hitting just over .300. At 5’8 she has good explosiveness off the floor and into her arm swing. She gets her feet to the ball well and creates good balance and torque in the air that allows her to produce a heavy ball and with good range through the opponet’s court.
Brooklynn Downing – MH | McComb | Honorable Mention
Downing showed good efficiency offensively hitting at .400 and just over 50% in her kill per attempt ratio. She averaged 3.5 kills per set. The 6’1 middle was a dual threat as she also showed great command defensively at the net with 91 total blocks and averaging four per contest.
