Sophomore outside hitters are among the 10th Region volleyball players carrying momentum over into 2021.
Here are four 10th Region sophomore outside hitters to watch.
Katelin Aulick: A Pendleton County sophomore outside hitter, Aulick was one of the leaders for her team during the 2020 high school volleyball season. In 19 matches, Aulick compiled 83 kills, 117 digs and 128 service aces. An outstanding server, Aulick is explosive at the net and communicates well.
Hadley Beckham: A Montgomery County sophomore outside hitter, Beckham is a go-to-hitter. Helping to pace Montgomery County as a sophomore, Beckham recorded 139 kills, 56 digs and 22 service aces. Beckham is aggressive at the net and produces in various categories regularly.
Kylie Richardson: A Pendleton County sophomore outside hitter/setter, Richardson displayed her versatility during the 2020 high school volleyball season. Splitting time between outside hitter and setter, Richardson posted 13 kills, 53 assists and 16 service aces as a sophomore. Richardson boasts a diverse skill set and delivers from various parts of the court.
Makenna Roush: A St. Patrick sophomore outside hitter, Roush is a consistent performer. As a sophomore, Roush registered 66 kills, 26 assists, 388 digs and 21 service aces. Roush covers the court extensively and is a hard hitter from the left side.
