Seniors
Alexa McEwan (Toms River South)
McEwan is returning for a senior year and sometimes is overlooked with Anwander on the squad. She is very creative opposite and is lethal when she gets her opportunity. She finished with 112 kills and 162 digs. She is the perfect compliment for Toms River South.
Sophia Piccolo (Rumson-Fair Haven)
Piccolo is going to be the main option for Rumson-Fair Haven this year. She had 33 kills and 49 digs in her junior campaign. Those numbers will skyrocket.
Roxana Piuiu (Holmdel)
Piuiu was the third option for Holmdel behind a couple seniors that played on the outside and middle. As they have graduated, she will thrive. Last year she had 32 kills and 104 digs.
Juniors
Mesquita Kathleen (Long Branch)
Kathleen had a solid sophomore campaign on a Long Branch squad that struggled throughout the season. She still had decent numbers with 62 kills, 131 digs and 16 aces. This was a young team last season and now with a majority of the nucleus returning. She will thrive and Long Branch may surprise people.
Camryn Stack (Red Bank Regional)
Stack had a solid year as the number 1 option with 105 kills, 29 blocks and 15 digs. As a junior now, those numbers will be even higher as she will be looked upon to carry the load again.
Sophomore
Alex Foley (Colts Neck)
Foley had limited playing time for Colts Neck last season as a freshman. She’s going to see a major jump in playing time so she will surprise some people this season.
