Here are four 15th Region hitters due for breakout seasons.
Randi Delong is a sophomore opposite/outside hitter from Johnson Central High School. With a diverse skill set, Delong was a key player for Johnson Central throughout the 2020 high school volleyball season. Now set to deliver even more, Delong can hit consistently from either side of the net and excel on both offense and defense.
Akira Keathley is sophomore outside hitter from Betsy Layne High School. Consistent, Keathley delivered regularly for Betsy Layne during the 2020 high school volleyball season. Keathley elevates well at the net, possesses solid jumping ability and can block regularly.
McKinnley Martin is sophomore outside hitter from Floyd Central High School. Reliable, Martin contributed for perennial region title contender Floyd Central throughout the 2020 high school volleyball season. Poised to make a larger impact for her prep team, Martin can hit from both the back row and front row while also being an accurate passer.
Jayden Mullins is a sophomore middle hitter/outside hitter from Belfry High school. Versatile and productive, Mullins is capable of making an impact at multiple positions. Mullins is an experienced skilled hitter who blocks well individually and with teammates and digs for quick attacks routinely.
