It is an exciting time for these players, their coaches, and their families after missing out on this opportunity a year ago. The festivities will begin on Friday, July 2nd, and conclude on July 5th. Here are the Kansas teams participating in the American division.
Mavs KC 16-2
How did they get here? Reallocated American Bid
Other notes: 9th Power League, 4th Regionals, 9th Show Me
Mavs KC 16-2 had a strong regional tournament and they were awarded a reallocated bid. Outsides Addison Steiner and Tatum Veatch have been productive this season. MB Kate McKnight started the season strong, From the setter position, Victoria Creason has been rock steady running the offense. Also, look for libero Reese Gaston to be all over the court making plays.
PVA 16-2
How did they get here? 2nd at Colorado Crossroads

PVA 16 National had a strong ending to their season earning their bid at Crossroads and finishing 5th at Show Me. They are a team that has proven they can compete with the other top teams in this division through their qualifier play. They are anchored defensively by the play of Megan Matthews in the back row. Kaitlyn Stout has impressed as a six rotation outside. The combo of Grace Kelley and Ryleigh Sander has been a good tandem running the offense this year.
