Several 13th Region high school volleyball players from the Class of 2024 will carry momentum over into the 2021-22 club season.
Here are three versatile 2024 13th Region volleyball players to watch.
Graci Hinkle is a junior setter/defensive specialist for South Laurel High School. Quick, Hinkle covers the court thoroughly and has strong communication skills. A player who has shown the ability to deliver both offensively and defensively during her prep volleyball career, Hinkle is an accurate passer with solid passing skills and defensive skills.
Madison Jones is a junior setter/outside hitter for Knox Central High School. Jones is a vocal leader who is agile and moves well from side to side. With a solid all-around skill set, Jones contributes in several categories from multiple positions regularly. Hinke directs the offense successfully and can hit from the left side consistently.
Mackenzie Owens is a junior setter/right side hitter for Lynn Camp High School. Owens, who digs for quick attacks routinely, runs the offense efficiently and provides sets reliably. Athletic, Owens has displayed the ability to hit from both the back row and the front row. Owens has a vast amount of versatility which allows her to excel on offense and defense.
