Mackie Mueller Mackie Mueller 6'0" | MB Lafayette | 2025 State MO – 6’0″ – Lafayette/ Rockwood Thunder 15 Elite
The power programs at Lafayette and Rockwood Thunder have another great middle in the making. Mueller moves to the pins naturally and comes in quickly for middle attacks. A solid vertical and long arm help her penetrate the net and become a dominating shutdown blocker. It should be interesting to see if she can break into the starting lineup this season with the Lancers.
Sophia Hurst Sophia Hurst 5'11" | MB St. Francis Borgia | 2025 State MO – 5’10” – Borgia/ Rockwood Thunder 15 Navy
Another power program in Missouri has a future star coming into her own over the club season. Hurst moves nicely in transition and provides a quality blocker in the middle. Look for her to give Borgia a solid middle hitter to replace what they lost from last year’s senior class.
Kennedy Draggs Kennedy Draggs 6'0" | MB Holt | 2025 State MO – 6’0″ – Holt/ Rockwood Thunder 15 Navy
A big presence in the middle for this year for 15 Navy Draggs has the potential to be a dominant force in the coming years. Still raw, but the ability is there. Lateral movement and a nice vertical with a long wingspan make Kennedy a big-time future middle.
Abby Chall Abby Chall 6'0" | MB Timberland | 2025 State MO – 5’10” – Timberland/ Rockwood Thunder 15 Elite
A quick and bouncy middle with power and moves all over the net for attacking. She penetrates well for height and can play in the middle or right side, where she has a wicked line shot. Look for her to be a leader at Timberland this year.
Laney Waser – 6’2″ – Rockwood Summit
A long wingspan that allows her to hit over the block and length as a blocker will help Waser develop as a force in the middle for Summit. Look for her kills and blocks to skyrocket this season. After a couple more years of club volleyball, Waser will have a solid list of college offers.
