The 6’1 middle provided a big effort in Adena’s recent 3-0 win over Southeastern. Hitting a .667 efficiency, she terminated 13 kills on 18 attempts with only one error. Along with her 4.3 kills per set, she also made an impact on the defensive side with five total blocks. Earlier in the week she had 14 kills while hitting .545 in their 3-0 win over Piketon. Approaching 500 career kills, Foglesong opened the season with a career high 23 kills as Adena is 3-0 on the season overall.
Natalie Dieball – 2023 | Lakota East
With 21 kills in the Thunderhawks’ 3-2 win over Oak Hills, Dieball led her team offensively with 4.2 kills per set. She took a high volume of swings with 57 total and hit .281 on the night. She also added 12 digs for the double-double while also serving up a team high four aces. The 6’0 senior is averaging 3.5 kills per set this season recently surpassing the 300 kills mark for her career.

Marchal had a solid week in helping lead Kings to three wins as they continue to contend for an ECC title. She averaged 4.8 kills per set over three matches, all of which Kings won in 3-0 fashion. Her highest total was 18 kills last Monday against Oak Hills while she finished the week terminating 12 kills on 18 swings with no errors, hitting a terrific .667 as they defeated league foe Little Miami. Marchal is arguably the top athlete in the ECC as she currently leads the conference in both hitting and blocking statistical categories.
Tillie Nelson – 2023 | Lima Senior
Lima Senior (3-3 overall) defeated Central Catholic 3-1 and it was the senior Nelson that led the Spartans offensively with 17 kills. She was a big factor on the defensive side also as she picked up a team high 21 digs. The 5’10 outside hitter is currently averaging 2.3 kills per set while leading her team averaging over 17 digs per match.
Allie Kirch – 2024 | Seton
Kirch had a match high 12 kills and contributed three blocks as Seton remained unbeaten this season at 5-0 following their sweep of Sycamore on Thursday. Kirch is off to a great start as she is leading the GGCL offensively in total kills while averaging 3.37 per set. She is also third in total blocks. Kirch balances Seton’s offense well from the right side of the court as she can generate good arm power when she is on balance to the ball.
