Kylee Urban – 2023
One of the best point scorers in Ohio, the highly competitive Urban has been very productive on the offensive side so far this season. She has already earned 155 total kills with an average of 6.5 per set. She achieved a career high of 24 kills in a 3-0 win over North Ridgeville earlier this season. Urban is also highly efficient as she scores through a .435 hitting clip. She contributes in other areas well as she leads the team in total service aces, shares the setting role averaging 4.8 assists per set, and is among team leaders with 7.4 digs per match. At 920 total career kills she should surpass the 1,000 kills mark mid-season and has a shot to also eclipse the 1,000 career digs threshold.
Alex Palmer – 2023
Palmer is a spark plug for this team at the pins. She has an aggressive arm in the air and is successful at both pins. She has far surpassed her match production from 2021 as she has 90 total kills over their 10 matches with an average of 3.8 per set for second on the team. Palmer is hitting with a .266 efficiency. She has a handful of double-figure kills matches so far including 11 terminations in their recent 3-0 over league foe Avon.
Claire Harries – 2023
The other half of the Bulldogs’ setting duo, Harries leads the team with nearly six assists per set. The 5’4 senior has improved her impact from 2021 during which she distributed 268 assists on the season. She is certain to pass that mark in 2022. She had a season high of 21 assists in a match when they defeated Midview 3-0 earlier this season.
Addie Odon – 2023
The fourth member of this core quartet of key contributors is Odon. The 5’7 senior libero makes a big impact on the defensive side as she averages nearly 10 digs per match. She has good range and vision, which allows her to make big plays all over the court in the back row. She has a career average of 13 digs per match as she earned 442 total digs in 2021 including surpassing the 20 digs per match mark multiple times with a career high of 23 versus Steele.
