It was a great chance to see a lot of prospects from the emerging Class of 2026.
While we will have thoughts on all of the attendees coming out throughout the week, here’s a few of the 2026 prospects that caught our eye.
Olivia Beaurdrie, DS/L SMCC/Michigan Elite
Beaudrie was a great hustle player throughout the showcase and was able to make a lot of tough plays. Her effort and ability to make a difficult pass look easy allowed her to shine through.
Allie Davison Allie Davison 5'10" | S Bloomfield Hills Marian | 2026 State MI , S Marian/Michigan Elite
Davison had a very smooth set and showed a lot of athleticism in her feeds, making quality sets from a variety of challenging angles and speeds.
Aubree Deshetsky Aubree Deshetsky 5'9" | OH North Branch | 2026 State MI , OH North Branch/Legacy
Deshetsky plays with a veteran level of poise and focus that you don’t see from many young prospects. She’s technically sound in all areas of the game and never looks rattled. There isn’t a play she can’t make and she’s only getting better.
Jillian Ferrill Jillian Ferrill 6'1" | OH Lake Fenton | 2026 State MI , S/OH Lake Fenton/High Performance
Ferrill was working out at a variety of positions and looking like a standout at each of them. She’s long and athletic but can move very well in the back row. Ferrill also has very active eyes. She’s laser focused on seeing the play develop and being one step ahead.
Emma Keeping Emma Keeping 5'11" | S Imlay City | 2026 State MI , S Imlay City/Michigan Elite
Keeping did a good job of quickly getting a feel for new cycles of hitters she worked with. She also was a very coachable player, as she applied tips that the staff were giving to her right away. Keeping was a prospect that got better and better throughout the day.
Maddie McCaroll, OH Brighton/L2
McCarroll didn’t have the length and size of her fellow outsides, but she was a scrappy player that moved really well around the court. Her hustle allowed her to make plays that others couldn’t. McCaroll also had one of the stronger serves in the 2026 group.
Kayla Nwabueze Kayla Nwabueze 6'2" | MB Bloomfield Hills | 2026 State MI , MB Bloomfield Hills/Legacy
Nwabueze is an impact player that is going to find a way to leave her mark. When the ball comes her way, it usually leads to a highlight-reel attack. However, her ability to play in the back row and quickly learn from mistakes is why her ceiling is so high.
Jayla Zayti Jayla Zayti 6'0" | MB Marian | 2026 State MI , MB Marian/Michigan Elite
Zayti had good timing with her setters, getting her swings at a peak of the set. Zayti was able to play well above her opponents and seemed to dial up her swing another gear just before impact.
