Saints Trio Sore
The Topeka Saints 16-1 squad knocked off the KS Networks 18-1 in the day’s opening match 25-14 and 25-12. Here is a look at three young athletes who will add depth to solid high school programs heading into their junior seasons.
Campbell Chabot Campbell Chabot 5'6" | S Topeka Seaman | 2025 State KS , 5’6”, S/RH, Seaman, ’25
Chabot is a talented athlete and can play multiple positions on the court. She collected five assists, three kills, and two digs in the contest against KS Networks. As a sophomore, Chabot played on Class 5A State Semifinalist Seaman High School, amassing 527 assists mostly playing as setter. She also added 20 kills and 144 digs for the Vikings. She should receive multiple college offers down the road.
Maegan Mills, 6’1”, OH, Seaman, ‘25
Mills could be the next Beast Incarnate for all the WWE fans out there. Mills had a quality first match at the Kingdom Classic with eight kills, three digs and a service ace against KS Networks. The tall hitter with big-time jumping skills collected 401 kills during her sophomore season at Seaman.
Ella Bolan Ella Bolan 5'11" | OH Silver Lake | 2025 State KS , 5’11” MH, Silver Lake, ‘25
Bolan benefits from playing on the Topeka Saints squad. The Silver Lake High School product gets to play with and against athletes from larger schools. Against KS Networks, Bolan finished with five kills and three blocks. During her sophomore season, she had 118 kills and 30 total blocks. Bolan will look to help Silver Lake compete in what looks to be a tough 3A Class in Kansas for the next two years.
