There are a lot of players showing big potential right now and we are looking through all of them.
Here’s part 3 of our series looking at 2026 Watch List players and the strides they are making.
Madison Geer Madison Geer 5'9" | OH Frankenmuth | 2026 State MI , OH Frankenmuth/Legacy
Geer has a really high ceiling, as she’s a player that can handle six rotations right now and make a major impact in every area. Thought standing just 5’7”, she’s very explosive at the net with her blocks and attacks. Geer moves very well defensively and is able to make an accurate and steady pass. She also brings a tough serve to the court. She’s got potential to be a big star in the state.
Delaney Gilmore Delaney Gilmore 5'9" | S Brighton | 2026 State MI , S Bright/L2
Gilmore got some time on the floor with Brighton’s varsity squad in 2022 and now is trying to apply what she learned this club season with L2. She plays very calm and composed on the court and always looks in control of what she is doing. Gilmore is showing improved reads on blockers and when to call her own number.
Charlotte Gramzow Charlotte Gramzow 5'10" | OH Lutheran Northwest | 2026 State MI , OH Lutheran Northwest/Michigan Elite
An outside for Lutheran Northwest, Gramzow has been donning the libero jersey for Michigan Elite this club season and racking up the digs. She’s got great footwork and active eyes. Her experience as a hitter is allowing her to position herself well to make tough digs. Gramzow is another that also has been picking up the aces this club season.
Cree Hollier Cree Hollier 5'8" | MB Mercy | 2026 State MI , MB Mercy/Michigan Elite
At 5’8”, playing in the Catholic League, it would be easy for Hollier to get intimidated in the middle. However, she was a player that held her own and didn’t back down at the net. Hollier has a long reach, and can generate a lot of arm speed very quickly. She’s improving her finishing rate this club season and is definitely a middle to keep an eye on.
Madelyn Hungerford Madelyn Hungerford 6'0" | MB East Grand Rapids | 2026 State MI , MB East Grand Rapids/MVA
A 6-foot middle, Hungerford showed good consistency as the 2022 prep season ended and is now taking that into the club season as she looks to speed up her play and intensity. Hungerford gets off the floor well and is able to play above the blockers. She’s also shown the ability to mix up her swing speeds and angles.
Reese Jones Reese Jones 5'4" | S Traverse City St. Francis | 2026 MI , S Traverse City St. Francis/Northshore
Jones showed the ability to adapt well to a lot of chaotic plays during the prep season and put up a nice set to give her hitters the ability to succeed. Playing in Northern Michigan, Jones doesn’t get as many eyes on her, but she’s got a hard-nosed approach to play and is trying to improve the speed of her play and the speed of the TCSF offense.
Reagan Lesley Reagan Lesley 5'10" | MB Chippewa Valley | 2026 State MI , MB Chippewa Valley/Michigan Elite
Lesley is a player that is showing like she can be an attention-grabber in years to come. She’s can generate a lot of speed and power on her attacks in the middle, covers a lot of ground with her block, and also has been able to help out defensively and with the serve. She’s making an impact and looks motivated to keep getting better.
Kayla Ostrander Kayla Ostrander 5'8" | DS/L Utica Eisenhower | 2026 State MI , DS/L Eisenhower/Legacy
Part of the talented Legacy 15-1 ADIDAS, Ostrander has been a big asset for the team’s serve receive. She locks in and gets herself into great position to feed the ball accurately to the setter. She got some varsity experience with Eisenhower last fall and is now taking on the best servers and hitters in her class nationally. Ostrander is growing up quickly and adapting well to the step up in competition.
