Gianna Ferreri, L, 2026, Vibe – Patrolling the backline, Gianna Ferreri is a middle back libero that brings a lot of energy to the teammates in front of her. She regularly communicates the seams and the path of the ball throughout the rally. All of this talk undoubtedly makes the court responsibility of Ferreri an excellent skill in her game.
Ava Santos, L, 2026, City Beach – Some descriptive adjectives for the game of Ava Santos is anticipatory, reactive, and focused. These traits make Santos a great candidate for the increased analytics used in the game today. With her active play, she certainly will not be a player falling to the adage of if nothing is done then nothing happens. Look for Santos to reel in many volleyballs with her style of play.
Audrey Vitarisi, L, 2026, PRVA – Audrey Vitarisi sees the game well and reacts to what she sees by moving to an open space on the court. This creates a court awareness that enables six moving athletes to work together. While Vitarisi is performing the skill, it is clear through her movement patterns that she is thinking angles.
Bailey King, L, 2026, FPVC – Bailey King accelerates from a stopped position like a roadrunner chasing anything down in the desert. Not only does she move fast, the strides of King are long as she hustles to keep a play going. She protects the sidelines even to a point that she raises her arms up in the air to stop anything that might catch the backline. Additionally, her serving can score a point for her team with a standing float to the seams.
Raphaelle Fuentes, L, 2026, FAV – Being stopped on contact is the most stand out trait of the game of Raphaelle Fuentes. With all the moving often called upon the libero position, Fuentes really focuses on her contact even after making sure no zone goes uncovered. She gets low and uses her shoulders to use a flat platform with little to no elbow bend.
Justine Stegall, L, 2026, SPVC – Being the first server of the match has a lot of pretense and after seeing the lasers that Justine Stegall delivers with her standing float serve, she is an excellent choice. After her serve, Stegall holds her ground very well. Additionally, the rally continues, and she gets low then extends her platform out that maximizes the opportunity to keep a ball in the air.
