Champions of the OVR bid event in the 16 National division, Mintonette went undefeated that weekend to earn a bid to the USAV GJNC this summer. Here are a few of their top prospects that are among the best athletes in Ohio’s 2025 class.

Terrill is one of the top setters in this class and is the leader of this team through her delivery and decision making. She has a high ceiling regarding her development to become an elite prospect as she is simple in her movement and mechanics. Successful distribution that contributes tempo and creates space will be a catalyst for their success at the end of the season as offensive balance will be key.

Stokes has prolific scoring ability, which has been a strength of hers since her high school career began. She has good volleyball I.Q. as an attacker and can score with range and pace as she has good arm speed in the air. She is a primary source of offense for this team through all six rotations and as they get others involved with regularity then it creates more space for her to score with increased efficiency.
Dylan Hunt

Hunt is a pin attacker that can swing through a varity of locations. She uses a big double-arm lift and creates a high elbow contact that combined with her arm speed can generate good pace. At 5’11, she responds well to the defense in front of her to swing wrist away, cross body, for power to tool the block, or with good touch to keep the defense off balance.
Keira Steininger

The libero for this team, Steininger is consistent in her production to create good opportunities for her team’s offense in the serve receive and transition phases. She moves her feet well and creates good angles with her platform to stay in control often of her first contact opportunities.

A key factor in the middle for this team, Butts has played well in recent qualifier events providing production on both offense and defense. She has good mobility around her setter to score through quick tempo options in front and continues to improve the quality of her contact off one foot overhead. She can also provide a boost for her team well with her blocking and service pressure.

McNeal, a 6’0 middle, has good explosiveness off the court as she can get up quickly to swing aggressively through the quicker options in their offense. When she can develop a high elbow contact she becomes increasingly dangerous. Her lift and quickness makes her blocking look effortless at times as she can get her hands across the net fast.
Macie Moreland

At 6’0, Moreland has good length at the pins that helps her contribute on both sides of the ball. As her footwork and movement continue to improve she is finding more success at the point of contact to develop increased power and find opportunities to challenge the defense well.
