Our featured prospects attract attention and ‘likes’ from a diverse array of colleges, ranging from D1, D2, D3, NAIA, and JUCO. While highlight clips are informative, they can miss the essence of a player’s personality and character. At PrepDig, we take a proactive approach, encouraging our athletes to actively participate in their recruitment exposure within our articles.
When a player earns the title of ‘Prospect to Watch,’ we reach out, extending an invitation to share their unique voice and perspective. We firmly believe that this transcends mere highlights, offering colleges a deeper understanding of the athlete as a whole. This article also offers players, parents, and coaches a window into the character of our prospects. It’s with great pleasure that I present to you the voices of some of our standout Prospects to Watch.
My name is JoJo Wilson and I am a 6’0, 2027 freshman at Cathedral Catholic High School. I play club volleyball in San Diego, CA on the Wave 16-1’s team for Coach Scott Hartley. As a freshman, I played on the Cathedral Catholic Girls Varsity Volleyball team (top 10 in the nation) where we got to travel to Texas and Las Vegas, and won CIF! I also won Rookie Player of the Year, and made Cathedral honor role the first semester with a 4.0.
Other than volleyball, for the past three years I have been a member of Female Athlete Volunteers (FAV), where I get to volunteer my time to benefit the San Diego community. This organization has been so important to me because I get to give back to the community that I live in. Most recently I played bingo with seniors, and I loved telling them all about my high school life and how much I love going to school at Cathedral Catholic. I got to show them videos of my friends, and pictures from our school formal as well as my volleyball team. It was as much fun for them, as it was for me, and I can’t wait to go back.
Other Volleyball Achievements: JVA Watch List; NTDP beach; Fab 50
Metrics: Reach – 7’5”; Approach Jump Touch – 9’7.5; Vertical – 26.5”
Upcoming Schedule: 4/21 SCVA Event 4; 6/8-6/9 SCVA Championships; 7/3-7/6 USAV GJNC
Fun Facts:
My favorite food is spaghetti and meatballs, and my favorite restaurant is Olive Garden
A superstition I have is to eat pasta the night before every tournament or big game
I was born in Austin, Texas
I am a VERY picky eater, I don’t like chocolate or pizza, ice cream or anything with melted cheese, just to name a few
I love sunsets
My favorite place to travel is Maui, Hawaii and I love the shaved ice from Ululania’s
I have a little sister that plays on the 14-1s at Coast, Baylee Wilson. She is the funniest person I know and is my best friend!
Highlights
My name is Londyn Neal Londyn Neal 5’8″ | S Centennial | 2027 CA . I am a 5’9 2027 Setter located in Corona, California. I play for Pipeline 16’1. Last club season my team managed to win gold at GJNC in the American division. I would describe my play style as ambitious. I see myself as a play maker with very high court IQ. I play 6 rotations meaning my front row technique has to be as clean as my back row technique, that is something that I constantly work on to ensure my height never gives me a disadvantage. I am constantly striving for excellence and am working my hardest everyday to ensure I play at the highest level.

Bree Carson
Hi, my name is Bree Carson.
I live in Aliso Viejo, California. I’m 6’1, my approach jump is (9’7) & currently play all three hitting positions on my team. I play for Tstreet 16-1 (Katie).
What sets me apart on the court is, I pride myself on my blocking and hitting. By focusing on these two skills, it helps to give my team the best chance to win. I love to compete against the top club teams in the Nation. I can’t wait to show my talent in Salt Lake City, Utah this upcoming weekend.
Thank you, Prep Dig, for the opportunity to showcase my volleyball talents for college coaches to watch me play & to learn more about me as an athlete.
