We have so many really good setters here in Oklahoma. It is also such an integral position for the team. They are typically compared to the quarterback of the football team due to their leadership, decision making and how often they are making plays. With the school season almost upon us, let's take a look at five setters who haven't committed and that you should keep an eye on this upcoming season.

[player_tooltip player_id='740709' first='Isabella' last='Hinds']- 2026 Setter for Jenks High School. Isabella has really taken a step forward in her athleticism. She looks the best I have ever seen her. She is primed to help one of the best schools programs in the state make another deep playoff run. Behind her high level IQ, decision making and consistent sets, she would be a great pick for a local team. She would be an instant help as a floor general ready to compete on day one!

[player_tooltip player_id='742721' first='Caroline' last='Bergeret']- 2026 Setter for Bixby High School. I'm a big fan of Caroline. She plays much bigger than her height. She has a ton of range with how quick she is. She also has a very disruptive serve that helps put pressure on the other team. She has a ton of hitters around her and the Spartans are poised to make a huge leap in wins this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='750474' first='Mackenzie' last='Manning']- 2027 Setter for Piedmont High School. Mackenzie has been putting in the work this past club season and off season. She has also done a great job of marketing herself and attending showcases. Her ability to score in the front row is something that helps set her apart from many others. She is also very deceptive, she stays neutral and doesn't give any info away to the defense. She also sets her middles well both with her tempo and location.

[player_tooltip player_id='283004' first='Merritt' last='Fuller']- 2027 Setter for Bishop McGuiness Catholic High School. I think this is her season to really make a splash on the high school scene. The Irish are always loaded and she is well within that group. She is a part of a very strong upperclassmen group that knows how to win! Her ability to communicate and stay calm in big moments will shine throughout the entire season.

[player_tooltip player_id='740828' first='Anistyn' last='Wondra']- 2028 Setter for Bishop Kelley High School. Anistyn impressed me this past club season. She is going to be an integral part of the rebuilding process at BK. Her leadership and hustle are things that standout when you watch her play. She makes all those around her better the moment she steps on the court. She is only going to be a sophomore but definitely someone worth putting on the radar now if you are a college coach.
