Hitters of 2028

<p>We shouted out our Lonestar setters that made plays happen at the regional championships this past weekend. And now it's time to talk about some of the hitters that capitalized on such plays. This round is all about our allstar 2028 pin hitters of the Lonestar region. She is a consistent attacker no matter where she is on the court, finding ways to score while bringing intensity to every swing. Reece competes hard in every phase of the game and makes it clear that she wants the ball in key moments. Whether it is chasing down a play, taking a big swing, or fighting through a long rally, she will do whatever it takes to make something happen for her team.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Reagan Pinkston, lefty rightside for Houston Stellar, plays with a disciplined approach that makes her a tough matchup at the net. She does an excellent job reading the defense before she swings, showing patience and confidence in her shot selection. Reagan can swing big with power, but what stands out most is her ability to hit the shots that are sure to score. Her high volleyball IQ and strong court awareness allow her to make smart offensive decisions while keeping defenders guessing throughout the match.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Kayla Rodriguez, outside hitter for SA Juniors, is the type of player who is not afraid to take control and make plays happen for herself. She transitions extremely well out of serve receive into her approach, staying balanced and ready to attack at all times. When she gets set, her swing is consistently strong and aggressive, putting pressure on defenses every rally. Kayla also elevates well over the block, giving herself the space and vision to swing confidently to the corners and find open court. Her combination of athleticism, confidence, and offensive presence makes her a dangerous hitter on the outside.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Casyn Jefferson, a six-rotation outside for SA Lightning, brings an aggressive mindset in the back row and consistently makes herself a swinging option from anywhere on the court. Her attacking approach is confident and purposeful, with a swing that looks sure to score whenever she gets a good look. Defensively, she moves well and competes with high effort, hustling to cover corners and extend rallies for her team. Casyn's ability to impact the game in both phases makes her a reliable and dynamic presence on the floor.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Brianna Schneider, an outside hitter for MoCo Juniors, stands out as a true “transition queen” with the way she constantly stays in motion and turns defense into offense. She is the aggressive outside every team wants, always ready to put pressure on the block with a strong, confident swing. Brianna does an excellent job making herself available as an offensive option in transition, never fading out of plays and always looking to terminate. Her energy and attacking mindset make her a consistent threat on the outside and a key piece of her team's offensive rhythm.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Brida Maya Anz, a six-rotation outside for SA Force, is the definition of a complete player, bringing balance and reliability across every part of the game. Her skill set is evenly matched from front row to back row, allowing her to contribute consistently whether she is swinging, serving, or digging in defense. She plays with a controlled pace and steady presence that shows her readiness to do whatever is needed to keep her team ahead. Brida's all-around versatility and competitive mindset make her a dependable force in all six rotations.</p>
