Ethridge (pictured) runs the offense with efficiency. She does a good job sending balls back toward the net, but gives hitters good spacing off the net. Ethridge even makes good adjustments on out of system sets. Ethridge also does a good job diving after balls, but under control.

Winsett uses her size well to help teams control the net. Winsett takes solid swings at the net, getting on top of balls and puts great power into them. Winsett consistently gets her hands on balls trying to at least slow them down for back row teammates. Winsett also showed she is coachable during the tournament.

Knowles makes her presence felt all over the court. She squares her arms up to balls and follows through for good first touches. She reads hitters well and trails plays with a purpose. Knowles also does a good job showing positive enthusiasm on the court.

Olson gives 14 Elite Black a nice net presence. Olson has developed a good offensive rhythm using her size to take advantage of a high attack point. Olson also has a good blocking rhythm. She'll continue to develop as she gets more reps.
