Five 2024 13th Region outside hitters to watch follow.
Darcie Anderson is a sophomore middle hitter/outside hitter from Corbin High School. A versatile player, Anderson can play along the middle of the net in addition to the left side. Anderson is a productive blocker who has displayed the ability to hit consistently as an outside hitter.
Jenna Creech is a sophomore outside hitter from Jackson County High School. Creech can produce as a hitter and a passer. Comfortable playing in both the front row and the back row, Creech is agile and athletic.
Marissa Douglas is a sophomore outside hitter from Whitley County High School. Douglas adjusts well to sets coming from any location. Quick-reacting and reliable as a hitter, Douglas is a player with solid jumping skills.
Jane Locke is a sophomore outside hitter from North Laurel High School. Locke completes attack hits regularly and thrives from her position in the front row. Able to read opposing defenses consistently, Locke excels when attacking.
Aubrey Woolum is a sophomore outside hitter from Barbourville High School. Woolum possesses solid back row skills which allow her to deliver from various parts of the court. In addition, Woolum works well with the middle on blocks.
