I’m not in a club but I play JO volleyball for my school and play all summer.
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
I have developed leadership as a two year captain and have developed teamwork, responsibility and accountability. Being in a volleyball program, I take community service very seriously and believe in giving back to the community.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
Yes absolutely, growing up my parents divorced, relationships with both parents we very unstable, which was from going home to home but volleyball is the reason I got through all the hardships growing up.
What type of college are you looking for?
I’m not looking to go into the NCAA as I feel it would not be a good for me but an NAIA school seems to have the perfect work/ play balance and seems to be in the best of my interest.
