Under the direction of Millard West head coach Joe Wessel, Premier 17 Gold features four Division I recruits and a tremendous amount of balance.
“This is a very dynamic and fundamental group of student-athletes who demand to be challenged every time they take the floor.” Wessel said. “The athleticism, chemistry and work ethic will help this team achieve many goals throughout the season. This team has some new faces and looks to reinvent themselves as the top 171s in the region and nation.”
Megan Skovsende of Skutt Catholic and Hailey Zuroske (Wyoming) of Omaha Marian are the team’s two top outsides. Taylor Pribyl (Jacksonville State) of Omaha Concordia, Bailey Wilson of Millard West and Micaiah Vrbka of David City Aquinas are the middles.
