Teams may still qualifier for the USAV GJNC at the Great Plains Bid Tournament May 5-6 if they do not qualify this weekend at the Northern Lights Qualifier in Minneapolis.
Nebraska’s best chance at securing a bid in the Land of 10,000 Lakes looks to be in the 17 American division, where two teams are the top seeds in their pool on the first day of competition. Banzai 171 is the #8 overall seed while Nebraska Elite 17 Razee comes in as the #13 overall seed. There are 68 teams in the tournament and only one bid available for the winner – so the room for error is minimal for those two teams.
Also in the 17 American division is Club Legacy 17 Shattered, which comes in as the #58 seed. Club Legacy’s 16 Shattered team is seeded #27 in the 16 American division while TeamMagic 161 is the #37 seed and TeamMagic 162 is the $65 seed.
