Trio of Premier Teams Capture Titles at Show Me Qualifier

Premier scored a trifecta at the Show Me USAV Qualifier in Kansas City as its 13 Black, 12 Gold and 12 Black teams each won championships in their respective divisions over the weekend.

Premier 13 Black won the 13 American title with a 25-14, 25-20 win over ASICS Mavs 13-3 to also earn a berth to the USAV Girls Juniors National Championships in Detroit this summer. Meanwhile, 12 Gold defeated Dynasty 12 Black 25-20, 14-25, 15-9 to win the 12 National division. It was the second USAV Qualifier championship for 12 Gold, which also won the Colorado Crossroads title – making it one of the top teams in the Midwest and real challenger for the national title this summer.

In the 12 American division, Premier 12 Black took a 25-22, 28-26 win over ASICS Mavs 12-2 to win the title and also secure a bid to the national championships. 

With the performance last weekend, it brings the total amount of Nebraska teams that have qualified for the USAV GJNC to nine, including the four that will be competing in the 18s championships later this month.
