<p>National Championship season continues, and we are on our final round of teams in Orlando. We have 18 teams competing in 4 different divisions in the 16’s age group in the AAU Girls’ Junior National Championships through Thursday, June 28<sup>th</sup>. Let’s see what some of our teams’ top performances were, as well as some top individual performances!</p>
<p><strong>Adversity Wisconsin 16-1 – 16 Classic Division</strong></p>
<p>Adversity came in as the top seed in their pool and did not disappoint, only dropping 1 set all day with <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="80269" first="Elsa" last="Copes"] </strong>(2020 – 5’8” - Outside Hitter – Cedarburg – Not Committed) leading the way!</p>
<p>Won vs The Edge 16 Red (25-12, 25-15)</p>
<p>Won vs CJVA 15 Onyx (25-19, 25-17)</p>
<p>Won vs NAVC 16-West Sophie (25-12, 23-25, 15-10)</p>
<p><strong>MIDWEST PENGUINS 16 BLACK – 16 Club Division</strong></p>
<p>The Penguins came in as a 2<sup>nd</sup> seed in their pool but proved that seeding wrong by winning their pool!</p>
<p>Won vs Pinellas Heat 16 Elite (25-14, 25-20)</p>
<p>Won vs UNO 16 National (25-8, 22-25, 15-10)</p>
<p>Won vs Mizuno M1 162 (22-25, 25-19, 15-10)</p>
<p><strong>River City 16 Blue – 16 Club Division</strong></p>
<p>Top seed River City went 3-0 without dropping a set in the first round!</p>
<p>Won vs GCVC 16 Silver (25-14, 25-23)</p>
<p>Won vs Lanikai Athletic Club 16 Keoni (25-13, 25-16)</p>
<p>Won vs Xcel 16X Select (25-23, 25-15)</p>
<p><strong>Milwaukee Sting 16 Gold – 16 Open Division</strong></p>
<p>Sting dominated their pool as the top seed without dropping a set behind the fire power of <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="56003" first="Kiara" last="Reinhardt"] </strong>(2020 – 6’3” – Middle Blocker – Cedarburg – Committed to Creighton) and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="80158" first="Elise" last="Schneider"] </strong>(2020 – 6’ – Right Side/Middle Blocker – Arrowhead – Not Committed).</p>
<p>Won vs Summit 16 Blue Elite (25-13, 25-13)</p>
<p>Won vs CJVA 16 Onyx (25-12, 25-9)</p>
<p>Won vs Elevation 16 Lunging (25-17, 25-13)</p>
<p><strong>Motion Volleyball 16 Blue – 16 Premier Division</strong></p>
<p>Motion had a solid first round without dropping a set!</p>
<p>Won vs IPVA 16 Black (25-19, 25-18)</p>
<p>Won vs WVBA 16 Adidas (25-13, 25-18)</p>
<p>Won vs Alliance 16-2 Molten (25-17, 25-13)</p>
<p><strong>Milwaukee Sting 16 Black – 16 Premier Division</strong></p>
<p>Top-seeded Sting Black went undefeated in their first round of pool play.</p>
<p>Won vs BRYC 16 National (25-22, 25-19)</p>
<p>Won vs Team Yakima (25-18, 25-15)</p>
<p>Won vs No Fear Volleyball 16 (25-17, 25-20)</p>
<p><strong>Milwaukee Sting 16 White – 16 Premier Division</strong></p>
<p>Sting White wasn’t going to be the one to drop a match and followed suite by not dropping a single set in the first round.</p>
