<p>Some programs choose to take Labor Day weekend off, but we are sure glad not all of them do! There is plenty of action still going on across the state. Here are the 3 events in the spotlight for the 1<sup>st</sup> weekend of September. </p>
<p>*All tournaments are being held on September 1<sup>st</sup>.</p>
<p><strong><u>MUSKEGO INVITE</u></strong></p>
<p>Muskego will be hosting a tournament with some strong competition this weekend. Arrowhead (11-2), Burlington (8-2), Brookfield Central (6-4), Nicolet (3-4), Brookfield East (0-7), Greendale (4-3), Westosha Central (5-2), all coming off a big weekend at the Joust. Muskego (1-4), Greenfield (2-3), Whitefish Bay (1-3), Wilmot Union (1-2), and Indian Trail (5-1) will be pushed to hold their own. Arrowhead and Burlington may be strong favorites in this tournament, but keep an eye out for an up- and-coming Indian Trails team. </p>

<p><strong><u>H.D. JACOBS TOURNAMENT (IL)</u></strong></p>
<p>Catholic Memorial (6-0) will be headed south of the border this weekend to Algonquin, IL for the H.D. Jacobs Tournament. Catholic Memorial will take on Grant (2-5), Hinsdale Central (2-2), and Jacobs (1-2) in initial play. It will be interesting to see if there is competition for them in Illinois this weekend.</p>
