In order to be considered for All American, teams must be in the final eight, the gold championship pool. Eastern Iowa Xtreme went 11-0 and blitzed their way to a 17 National championship. IPVA 17 Black went 9-2 overall, losing in the semifinals to A2 out of Ohio to finish 3rd overall. Iowa Rockets 15R had a really strong season finishing extremely high in some of the top qualifiers in the nation. At USAV, the squad finished 3rd, dropping a tough three set match to AP 15 Adidas out of Texas in the semifinals.
Watch out for Six Pack for years to come. Their 14s team finished second in the National Division while the 13s team finished third in the National Division as well. All American honors are not given out until the 15s age group.
All Americans
MVP – Aliyah Carter – Eastern Iowa Xtreme 17 Teal
Dubuque Wahlert – Committed to Kansas State
Carter has been blazing the court the past few years with her ability to leap above the competition – literally. This past week at nationals was no different with her ability to terminate from the pin and be available to score points in all rotations.
Kacia Brown – Eastern Iowa Xtreme 17 Teal
Cedar Falls – Committed to Mississippi State
Brown brings a lot of power, intensity, and energy to the court and like Carter, is a six rotation outside hitter who can score points in a variety of ways. A big time power game, Brown will be looking to lead her Cedar Falls team to the top of Class 5A before she takes her talents to the SEC to play for Mississippi State.
Rylee Fay – Eastern Iowa Xtreme 17 Teal
Liberty – Committed to Missouri State
Just solid all around. Fay is extremely efficient in her movement and is just a savvy player where she has a high IQ for the game. She is able to keep the defense off balanced and just find a way to win.

Kara Peter – IPVA 17 Black
Carroll Kuemper – Committed To Drake
Peter was on the state championship team for Kuemper in 2018 and has been continuing to make a huge impact on the court. A physical blocker and attacker out of the middle, Peter is extremely dynamic in being able to get from pin to pin. She committed to Drake this Spring and will be part of a powerful incoming Class of 2020 which also includes club teammate Kacie Rewerts.
Kacie Rewerts – IPVA 17 Black
Nevada – Committed To Drake
Rewerts spent some time on the IPVA 18 Black team this year and was a major addition to the 17s team for USA Nationals. A solid all around athlete, Rewerts is a standout for Nevada High School where she can run a variety of tempos and score from multiple spots in the front row. Her overall athleticism will be a welcome addition to Drake after finishing her high school career.
Macy Daufeldt – Iowa Rockets 15R
Kora Ruff of Iowa Rockets.West Liberty – Committed To Drake
Daufeldt is the third Drake recruit to earn All American honors to cap off what was a stellar Freshman year which included a state title in the long jump and now an All American trophy. The six rotation outside is electric from anywhere on the court, an athlete who just makes plays happen.
Kora Ruff – Iowa Rockets 15R
Pleasant Valley – Uncommitted
Steady, confident, and dependable – everything teams need from their setter where they just know where she will be and where she can place the ball. Ruff is able to set the middles consistently which allows for the rest of the team to really have some wide open shots. Ruff and her high school team of Pleasant Valley will be one of the top teams in the Quad Cities area.
