Annually, Assumption produces some of the top prep volleyball players in the nation. Assumption teammates Anna DeBeer and Rylee Rader have been named back-to-back Ms. Kentucky Volleyball award-winners.
Assumption, which shut out rival Mercy 3-0 (25-22, 25-21, 25-18) in the 2019 KHSAA Volleyball State Tournament title match, features six NCAA Division 1 signees. Louisville and Ohio State are among the college volleyball programs set to welcome in a player from Kentucky champion and national powerhouse Assumption.
Assumption has captured three straight KHSAA volleyball state championships. Currently, Assumption graduates from several classes are competing for college volleyball programs on multiple levels.
