<p>Setters are the quarterbacks of their volleyball team. It is their responsibility to run the offense and set the right hitters in the right moments. Let’s take a look at some of the senior setters in western Nebraska set to lead their high school teams in 2020.</p>
<p><strong>Hannah Wilson – Fremont High School</strong></p>
<p>Hannah is a six-rotation player who can set and take a big swing in the front row. She is a dual-threat that can score for her team in a variety of ways. Hannah will be returning to the Tigers in 2020 to improve upon a 15-18 finish in 2019.</p>
<p><strong>Allie Gray – Skutt Catholic High School</strong></p>
<p>Allie will return to Skutt as the starting 5-1 setter in 2020. Allie led her Skyhawks to a 34-5 finish and a state championship in 2019. She and her teammates have the ability to match those accomplishments this fall. Allie is a talented ball distributor with a number of strong hitters to feed the ball to in 2020.</p>
<p><strong>Josie Richards – Oakland Craig High School</strong></p>
<p>Josie will run a 5-1 offense for the Knights in 2020 after setting and hitting right side in 2019. Josie is a versatile athlete who has played every position on the court. Josie and her team will look to build on a successful 2019 season where they went 24-10 on the year.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="58245" first="Bridget" last="Smith "] - Millard West High School</strong></p>
<p>Bridget will run a 5-1 offense when she returns to the Millard West court this fall. The Wildcats finished with a 21-12 record in 2019 and will look to build on that success 2020. Bridget will be a key component of that success with her ability to deliver the ball and also be an offensive weapon in the front row.</p>
