Players with Superb Ball Control

<p style="text-align: center;">Ball control is the most important facet in the game of volleyball. If the passers are not passing well, the setter cannot run the offense to their hitters. Being able to serve and pass are some of the most simple yet coveted skills to have. She adds an irreplaceable piece to her team’s defense. She does an excellent job of holding her platform steady to deliver perfect passes to her setters. She is fantastic in serve receive, dealing with a variety of float and topspin serves coming her way. She usually tries to pass for her outsides if possible so they are free to run their approach. Amador plays for Lake Nona with a tremendous amount of poise that sets a standard for success. She will soon bring her back-row skills to Mississippi State University where she will face off against tough opponents in the Southeastern Conference. </p> <p style="text-align: center;"> </p> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="98877" first="Audrey" last="Patton"] - 5’7" - Libero - Spanish River Community</strong></p> <p style="text-align: center;">Patton is a phenomenal defender in the game. She reads opposing hitter’s body language so well. She is able to set up in the perfect position to get a good touch on the ball for her team. Her fast reflexes allow her to dig even the fastest of balls. In addition to her digging, she also has extremely good ball control. She adjusts well to whatever ball is coming over the net. Her passing allows her setter to stay put and not have to worry about running all over the court. A smooth pass makes for a productive offense that results in wins. She will continue her career at the University of Incarnate Word in Texas. </p> <p style="text-align: center;"> </p> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="98897" first="Catherine" last="Hale"] - 5’7" - Libero - Episcopal</strong></p> <p style="text-align: center;">Hale is a dynamic volleyball player in many respects. She contributes to her team with a variety of skills and talents. She has accumulated nearly 600 digs for the Episcopal School of Jacksonville. In addition to outstanding defense, she has also rallied over 100 service aces for them as well. She has lots of charisma and brings a ton of positivity and encouragement to her fellow teammates. She is very disciplined with her passing form, making sure that she follows through very thoroughly. She executes the libero position with leadership and exudes confidence. </p> <p style="text-align: center;"> </p> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="98902" first="Harli" last="Zeitz"] - 5’5" - Libero - Somerset Academy Canyons</strong></p> <p style="text-align: center;">Zeitz is a defensive and passing specialist who comes in to supply her team with valuable ball-handling skills. She is reliable and consistent for her team, which makes her a go-to player. Her passing footwork is precise and allows her to make a good play on the ball. She puts herself in good positions to pick up tips and off-speed shots. Many of her digs have been from pancaking balls that were near kills. Her serving and passing make her an important asset to any team she is on. </p>
