Here are four junior setters to watch in the KHSAA Volleyball State Tournament Quarterfinals.
Emily Bentley: A junior setter for Notre Dame Academy, Bentley is one of the most productive high school volleyball players at her position in Kentucky. Bentley has registered 830 assists and 109 digs in 23 matches. Athletic, Bentley has shown the ability to dig and block on defense consistently.
Megan Gore Megan Gore 5'8" | S Greenwood | 2022 State KY : A junior setter for Greenwood, Gore is a longtime leader. Gore has recorded 397 assists and 80 digs in only 14 matches for Region 4 champion Greenwood. A vocal leader, Gore possesses strong communication skills and works well with teammates.
Sadie Hill Sadie Hill S Russell | 2022 State KY : A junior setter for Russell, Hill is an accomplished high school volleyball player. Hill has recorded 336 assists, 133 digs, 68 service aces, 67 kills and 36 blocks in 19 matches. Agile, Hill identifies blockers well and is a proven leader.
Olivia McKibben: A junior setter for West Jessamine, McKibben has thrived during a breakout season. McKibben has compiled 444 assists, 172 digs, 36 assists and 25 blocks in 26 matches. The productive McKibben runs the offense well and has shown that she can excel in both the back row and the front row.
