Final Analysis of Pin Hitters from PrepDig Expo 250

<p>Here is one final look at some more pin hitters who performed well last Sunday. These athletes range from various graduating years and various school sizes. Keep these ladies on your radar as club season nears and throughout the summer into next fall!</p> <p><strong>Class of 2024 5’11" OH Eleanor Brislen High School:</strong> Omaha Westide <strong>Club:</strong> Premier</p> [caption id="attachment_118931" align="alignleft" width="201"]<img class=" wp-image-118931" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/pd/uploads/2020/12/Eleanor-Brislen.jpg" alt="" width="201" height="134" /> Eleanor Brislen Class of 2024[/caption] <p>Eleanor did not play like she just completed her freshman year. Her ability to communicate and talk on both defense and offense was really fantastic despite just meeting some of her court players that morning. Elanor played with confidence as well. She played in 28 sets for Class A Westide as a freshman and had 12 kills, but look for her to do big things during club and into next season. Keep her on your radar! She has long levers and is very athletic!</p> <p><strong>Class of 2024 6’0" OH AvaMarie Densberger High School:</strong> Lincoln North Star <strong>Club:</strong> VCNebraska</p> <p>AvaMarie has a heavy arm when she swings and is strong. She has also played RS and MB positions. During the action on the court I saw she was swinging from<span style="font-size: 1rem;">the outside. She had 33 kills this past fall as a freshman for Class A Lincoln North Star as she played in 59 sets. She also had 15 blocks. She also has a quick arm which keep blocks off kilter. She was very fun to watch! She had 45 ace serves this past fall and hammered away 324 kills as a sophomore. Look for her stock to continue to rise! So dynamic! </p> <p><strong>Cla</strong><strong>ss of 2022 5’8" OH Katelynn Shaw High School:</strong> Hastings <strong>Club:</strong> Hastings Tigers</p> <p>Katelynn is a diamond in the rough type of player! She does some really great things on the floor. She ha<span style="font-size: 1rem;">s really good court sense and can find open spots on the floor. She can really jump as well and power through the block despite her size. She also has a great serve! Shaw aced opponents 58 time this past fall for the Tigers. I liked the energy and determination she brought to the floor as well.</span></p> <p><strong>Class of 2022 5’9" OH [player_tooltip player_id="103453" first="Mariah" last="Sliva"] High School:</strong> Bruning-Davenport-Shickley (BDS) <strong>Club:</strong> South Central 17 Black</p> [caption id="attachment_118992" align="alignright" width="207"]<img class=" wp-image-118992" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/pd/uploads/2020/12/Mariah-Sliva.jpg" alt="" width="207" height="138" /> [player_tooltip player_id="103453" first="Mariah" last="Sliva"], 2022, OH, Shickley Public School.[/caption] <p>Mariah is very explosive and is a great six rotation player. She has great versatility. She passes well on serve receive, serves well, hits well and plays great floor defense. She has long levers and moves really well. I watched her throughout the year and she was a dual threat with [player_tooltip player_id="58212" first="Macy" last="Kamler"] for the Eagles. Sliva had the ability to put the team on her back and do what it took for her team to win. Sliva tallied 260 kills, 306 digs, 67 ace serves and 13 blocks for the Eagles. </p>
