This event which normally takes place in Minneapolis has relocated to Nebraska for the third time in four years. The first two times were due to Minnesota hosting the Super Bowl, this year it is due to Covid protocols. Nonetheless, the girls are able to play and some are still looking for a college to compete at in the fall of 2021.
Reagan Bruggeman – 5-10 – RS – Mavs 816 – 18 American
Bruggeman is a player who can contribute and play at the next level. She played her high school ball at St. James Academy, one of the top programs in the country. She comes from a winning tradition and culture, which should allow her to fit into the right college program. She had just under 100 kills last fall. She is steady and strong at the net.
Carlie Bradshaw – 5-10 – OH/DS – Mavs 816 – 18 American
Six-Rotation pin Carlie Bradshaw will be a good pick up for a Division II, Division III, NAIA, or NJCAA program. We are impressed with her back row play, so could easily become a primarily defensive player. She moves well laterally and does a great job of getting the ball to the target. As a hitter, she is efficient and loves the line shot. She is aggressive and not intimidated by the bigger block.
Aleisha Jones – 5-7 – OH – Dynasty 18 Black – 18 USA
Jones may be considered undersized to some suitors but believe us, she doesn’t play like she’s 5-7. She has bounce and can get over the block, so her size shouldn’t hinder her in the right program. She is more than capable of playing at all levels from Division II and up. She can score and not a hindrance at the net defensively.
Kendall Boone Kendall Boone 5'10" | OH Lee's Summit | 2021 State MO – 5-10 – OH – Invasion 18 Black – 18 USA
Boone is among the top available hitters available in the state. She produced an all-state season for Lee’s Summit in 2020. She is a player who can play 6 rotations in college. Boone has an array of shots in her toolkit and will be a steal for a coach.
Morgan Sanders – 5-10 – OH – Invasion 18 Black – 18 USA
Boone’s high school and club teammate is also still on the market. Sanders had a very productive season in her final campaign. She should garner some looks this club season from teams looking to add a reliable scorer in 2021. She is solid defensively if a team just needs to fill a back-row position. She had over 200 digs last fall.
Abbie Day – 5-10 – OH – Invasion 18 White – 18 American
One of the more consistent players around the state, Day has the ability to fill many roles within a program. She has shown her finesse skills can be effective on the pin. She is solid defensively and in serve/receive. She is also a leader on the court.
