<p>In upcoming Club-Action the Power League 17’s play qualifying matches on January 24 at Wichita Hoops.</p>
<p>Here is a look at four players in Pool Five to keep an eye on. A three-team pool that includes MAVS KC 17-2, Lawrence Jrs. 17-1, and Shockwave 17-1, MAVS 816 17-2.</p>
<p><strong>RS, [player_tooltip player_id="105637" first="Skylar" last="Lopez"], 5’10”, Shockwave 17-1 (Maize South) –</strong> Lopez had a bit of a disappointing junior high school season for Maize South. She will be looking for a rebound season with her club team. Maize South qualified for the State Tournament and Lopez was a key contributor to that squad. Lopez can jump, has a sweet swing, and a nice approach. She just needs for it all to click at once for her. She is a certain JUCO talent and has a chance to move up the Class of 2022 player rankings.</p>
<p><strong>RS, [player_tooltip player_id="105645" first="Caiya" last="Stucky"], 6’1”, Shockwave 17-1 (Wichita Northwest)</strong> – Stucky is a tall player with a big reach. She can play multiple positions on the court and is a team player. Stucky is hoping to raise her recruiting stock with a productive club season heading into her senior season. She is also a solid performer in the classroom with a 4.0 GPA.</p>
<p><strong>OH, [player_tooltip player_id="105651" first="Rylee" last="Serpan"], 6’0”, MAVC KC 17-2 (Spring Hill)</strong> – Serpan will be a player to keep an eye on during Power League play. She is sold outside hitter who finished with 166 kills in her junior season at Spring Hill. At six-foot, she could transition to a middle hitter as she also finished with 34 blocks during the high school season. He has plenty of potential to tap into.</p>
<p><strong>OH, [player_tooltip player_id="105677" first="Sydney" last="Albers"], 5’7”, MAVS KC 17-2 (Olathe South) –</strong> Albers has a contagious energy on the court and the ability to start or finish rallies. Albers can play at the next level; the question is how high up the volleyball chain and a that position.</p>
