<p>Sixteen teams will be featured in 18U Power League matches played at Wichita Hoops on February 7.</p>
<p>Here is a look at four players from the two of the club teams competing in Pool A action. Pool A included the following teams; MAVS KC 18-1, Club North 18-1, Pohuka 18-1, and Invasion 18-2.</p>
<p><strong>MH, </strong><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="123976" first="Bonnie" last="Hegarty"], 5’11”, Pohaku 18-1 (Manhattan)</strong> – Hegarty is a solid player for Pohaku 18-1. She has signed to play with Missouri Southern. Her hitting improved during her senior season at Manhattan. She has a big reach and a sweet swing.</p>
<p><strong>S, [player_tooltip player_id="105488" first="Alyssa" last="Miller"], 5’10”, Pohaku 18-1 (Blue Valley Northwest)</strong> – Miller is a solid setter who will be taking her game to Dayton University. The Blue Valley Northwest senior distributes the ball for Pohuka 18-1. She communicates well and will compete for a starting spot at with the Flyers.</p>
<p><strong>L, [player_tooltip player_id="124435" first="Berit" last="Jones"], 5’9”, MAVS KC 18-1 (Blue Valley West)</strong> – Jones is a crafty libero who is enjoyable to watch. She starts many MAVS scoring rallies with quality defensive digs. Jones will be playing for the University of Arkansas after her high school graduation.</p>
<p><strong>DS, [player_tooltip player_id="105499" first="Ashlynn" last="Lovett"], 5’8”, MAVS KC 18-1 (St. James Academy)</strong> – Lovett is another solid defensive player for MAVS KC. The St. James Academy senior will be playing collegiately at Georgia Southern. She is a high-energy team-first player.</p>
