<p>Alpha Performance Volleyball 16 Navy is a talented group of high school sophomores competing as a team in the 2021 club season.</p>
<p>A look at the Alpha Performance 16 Navy roster follows. </p>
<p><strong>Sydney Bietz</strong> is a 5-9 sophomore outside hitter/right side from Woodford County High School. A diverse hitter, Bietz reads opposing defenses well and calls out hitters efficiently. </p>
<p><strong>Ellie Eckerle</strong> is a 5-11 sophomore outside hitter/right side from Great Crossing High School. Eckerle digs for quick attacks regularly and works well with middle hitters. </p>
<p><strong>Jayla Harris</strong> is a 5-3 sophomore defensive specialist/libero from Scott County High School. Harris is agile and digs and pursues well. </p>
<p><strong>Makiyah Justice</strong> is a 5-10 sophomore middle hitter/right side from Great Crossing High School. Justice moves well to either side and has shown athleticism. </p>
<p><strong>Melanie McClanahan</strong> is a six foot middle hitter/right side from Scott County High School. McClanahan is a consistent blocker, both individually and with teammates. </p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="106674" first="Emma" last="McDowell"]</strong> is a 5-8 sophomore defensive specialist/libero from Paul Laurence Dunbar High School. A reliable contributor, McDowell turns the first touch into a solid pass to the setter regularly. </p>
<p><strong>Eliza Nuckols</strong> is a six-foot right side from Woodford County High School. Nuckols elevates well at the net and is a strong hitter from the right side. </p>
<p><strong>Makenzie Peters</strong> is a 5-4 sophomore defensive specialist/setter from Scott County High School. Peters is an accurate passer and has shown the ability to lead defensively. </p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="68154" first="Madison" last="Roar"]</strong> is a 5-10 sophomore setter/right side from Rowan County High School. Among the top players in the KHSAA’s 16th Region, Roar excels as a vocal leader and strong hitter. </p>
<p><strong>Alaina Scott</strong> is a 5-9 sophomore middle hitter/right side from Lafayette High School. Scott is explosive at the net and has the versatility to produce from multiple positions.</p>
<p><strong>Abbey Smith</strong> is a 5-5 sophomore defensive specialist/libero from Paul Laurence Dunbar High School. Smith possesses quality defensive skills and makes challenging digs routinely. </p>
<p><strong>Emily Sue Watts</strong> is a 5-9 sophomore outside hitter/right side from Scott County High School. Watts is versatile and can excel as a hitter from either side of the net. </p>
