Here are four 2023 Region 2 setters to watch.
Kaylee Evans (2023) is a setter from Hopkins County Central High School. Evans has shown the ability to deliver accurate passes consistently as well as record digs and make blocks. Reliable, Evans identifies blockers well and makes quick decisions on the court frequently.
Amya King Amya King S Madisonville-North Hopkins | 2023 State KY (2023) is a setter/defensive specialist from Madisonville-North Hopkins High School. King is a vocal leader who possesses strong communication skills. Athletic and productive, King can deliver from both the back row and the front row.
Chantelle Haby (2023) is a setter from Christian County High School. Quick and hard working, Haby covers the floor extensively. Haby communicates well and provides quality sets for teammates regularly.
Faith Kaauamo (2023) is a setter from Fort Campbell High School. Among the leaders for her high school team, Kaauamo is agile and covers the court well. Kaauamo runs the offense efficiently and has displayed leadership skills throughout her volleyball career.
