As many as 728 teams are expected to compete in the 15 divisions for these three age groups and the state of Texas will, of course, be well-represented in the tournament with more than 50 teams expected to make the trip to Nevada.
During the next few weeks, we’ll use this space to present the Lone Star state representatives in the tournament, recapping their performances during the club season and highlighting some of their top prospects.
SA Juniors 15 Adidas
One of the two teams representing the San Antonio Juniors Volleyball Club in the tournament, 15 Adidas will appear in the 15 USA division. The team has had more positives than negatives so far in the club season, winning 43 and losing just 18 matches. With head coach Laura Suarez at the helm, these young ladies have won the Tour of Texas Qualifier for the San Antonio-Austin area, the FSC #3 and the South Texas Spring Classic besides finishing third at both the Sunshine Volleyball Classic and the FAST Warm Up.

Players to Watch
Kaylen Lembcke – Middle Blocker – HS: MacArthur – 2024
Kaylen Lembcke makes the difference for SA Juniors 15 Adidas with her size at the net. A six-footer, Lembcke moves well at the net and is able to make an impact both offensively and defensively. She has great timing when hitting and can also play as a right sider if needed. She reached triple digits in kills in her first season of high school volleyball with MacArthur registering 111 for the Brahmas.
Liz Salinas – Setter – Hector Garcia Middle School – 2025
Liz Salinas’ 5’11” frame can fool many people who don’t realize she’s playing with older players but the level of her game leaves no question that’s exactly where she belongs. As a setter, Salinas has huge responsibility with SA Juniors 15 Adidas and she lives up to it with an impressive skill set for someone her age. Besides her size, she’s also got a great touch on the ball and is very steady with her location. Salinas also works hard on defense and can hit when at the net if needed too.
Jaylin Lott – Libero – HS: Cornerstone Christian – 2024
Jaylin Lott provides SA Juniors 15 Adidas with a great deal of stability at the backcourt. The 5’4” libero does a great job in taking up a huge portion of the court in serve-receive and, more often than not, delivering perfect passes to the team’s setters. Lott also excels on defense because of her great positioning and outstanding ball control.
