2022 State Ranked Standouts Vol 4

<p>We are venturing all around the state to explore a few players we haven’t written about yet on our State Rankings List.  These Oklahoma athletes have waited long enough to enjoy some recognition for being such great volleyball players.  These young ladies are ready to take the court by storm now that high school volleyball is back on for a full season.  They just finished their club seasons and we have some updates on how it went.  We couldn’t be happier to give them kudos for their hard work as we announce their placement on the Prep Dig State Rankings List. </p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="144108" first="Madison" last="Edwards"] [2022] 6-0 Middle (HS: Santa Fe/Club: Oklahoma Peak Performance/Verbal: Uncommitted)</strong></p> <p>Madison is currently ranked as our22^ndbest overall prospect in the 2022 class according to our Prep Dig State Rankings.  She plays for Santa Fe High School and a one of the best club programs in the state in Oklahoma Peak Performance.  Madison is a very talented middle that is a big weapon for both teams she plays for.  She has one of the fastest arm swings in the age group and hits the ball with authority. The best aspect is her ability to run every single route on the middle route tree with speed and agility.  She would be a great fit for any college program in the middle or a pin position.  She stops on a dime during transition and drives hard toward her setter to hit the quick attack.  She has college level power and athleticism and deserves a couple of looks from the next level.  This young lady has the ability to move up the rankings with her continued high-level play.  Please help us congratulate her on achieving such great accomplishments of being a top player in the state.  Stay tuned for more on her senior year. </p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="144109" first="Abby" last="Conaway"] [2022] 6-0 Right Side/Middle (HS: Norman/Club: Oklahoma Charge/Verbal: Uncommitted)</strong></p> <p>Abby is currently ranked as our 23^rdbest overall prospect in the 2022 class according to our Prep Dig State Rankings.  She plays for Norman High School and also club volleyball for Rise Volleyball Club.  We are super pumped about the promise that Abby shows in the right side position.  She has some serious pop on her attacks.  We like the timing that she shows on her blocking as we think she could be an asset to a college team.  She hits the ball at a very high touch point and it makes it difficult for any opposing blocker to slow her swing down.  She is also a very accomplished beach player, which shows just how much ball control he has in every aspect of the game.  Norman also uses her as both a middle and a right side which also shows her versatility. We are excited to have her as part of our Oklahoma State Rankings.  Please congratulate her on the special achievement. </p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="144123" first="Abiana" last="Miraku"] [2022] 5-6 Setter (HS: Santa Fe/Club: Oklahoma Peak Performance/Verbal: Uncommitted)</strong></p> <p>Abiana is currently ranked as our 24^thbest overall prospect in the 2022 class according to our Prep Dig State Rankings.  She is the floor general for Santa Fe High School and she also plays club for the awesome Oklahoma Peak Performance program.  She is a small setter but extremely fast and tracks the ball down very well to keep her squad in-system.  She is one of the 6-2 setters for OP2 that keeps the high-octane offense moving.  I love how athletic she is and how she is able to jump set and still push the ball to her quick attack hitters.  She has great soft hands with a very quick consistent release.  She is not a liability in the back row as she plays great defense in the right back position.  Please help us congratulate her on being one of the best volleyball players in the state. We are excited to have her in our Prep Dig Family and look forward to watching her senior season. </p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Stay tuned for more articles on your favorite athletes.  If you have anyone you think we should watch out for, please shoot me an email with some info on them at nov8vb@yahoo.com.  Also don’t forget to help these kids get more exposure by sharing our stories with your friends.  Help us help them by simply retweeting on Twitter or sharing on Facebook.  Thanks for following Oklahoma Family!</p>
