<p><strong>Sophia Helling</strong> | Union</p>
<p>The 5’8 outside hitter for the Wildcats finished 1<sup>st</sup> in the Saint Louis area for digs from a freshman with 434. She would also lead her team in kills with 242. </p>

<p><strong>Avery Helms</strong> | Howell</p>
<p>Quick feet and reads the ball exceptionally well for a freshman. She anchored the back row for a talent Howell program. Finished 2<sup>nd</sup> in Saint Louis for digs from a freshman and will have Howell solid in the backcourt for several more years. </p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>Carlie Loughary</strong> | Valley Caledonia</p>
<p>This year, Carlie was the bright spot for the Vikings as she would finish with 369 digs and was the primary passer for the team. She had a season-high 31 digs in a 0-3 loss to St. Paul.</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>Demi Michler</strong> | Eminence</p>
<p>Another freshman libero that stood out for her Class 1 team was Demi. She held the 4<sup>th</sup> spot in the area for digs and was the primary passer for the Redwings in a down year.</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>Addi Carlton</strong> | Advance</p>
<p>Used primarily as an outside hitter but should the been a libero for the Hornets. She finished the year with 275 digs and led her team with serve receptions. Lost in the state sectionals to eventual Class 1 runner-up Gideon. </p>
