<p>The Bothell Cougars were the winners of the Division 4A in the Washington State Championship, which came to an end on Saturday.</p>
<p>The team from the KingCo District was dominant in the State Championship match and gave no chance to the second-seeded Curtis Vikings, taking them down in three sets (25-17, 28-26, 25-15) at the Yakima Valley SunDome.</p>
<p>Key pieces for the Cougars over the course of the entire season, outside hitters [player_tooltip player_id="97118" first="Jenna" last="Legault"] (senior) and [player_tooltip player_id="97238" first="Haedyn" last="Bambolo"] (junior) came up big and helped Bothell to put on a great performance in the final.</p>

<p><strong>Third-place match</strong></p>
<p>The Graham-Kapowsin Eagles ranked third after they defeated the West Valley Eagles from Spokane also in three sets (25-22, 25-20, 25-15).</p>

<p><strong>Fifth-place match</strong></p>
<p>The fifth-place match had four sets and it were the Camas Papermakers who emerged victorious with their 3-1 (25-19, 15-25, 25-14, 25-11) win over the Mt. Rainier Rams.</p>

<p><strong>Seventh-place match</strong></p>
<p>Third-seeded Lake Stevens had to settle for seventh as the Eagles ended their participation in the tournament with a 3-1 (28-26, 19-25, 25-22, 25-23) victory against the Olympia Bears.</p>
