This is another 18U team full of Ohio talent from the class of 2022. As they have great potential for offensive balance and power, they will also be very strong defensively both at the net with their size and from the back row with their collection of ball control skill and experience. Here are a few of their key athletes.

[player_tooltip player_id="137161" first="Macy" last="Medors"] - DS/L | College: Toledo
Medors had a great high school season as she averaged 4.0 digs per set, including six matches with over 20 digs. She also served up 39 total aces. She will be a big part of this team’s ball control and defensive stability as she reads the floor well and has good quickness to pursue the first contact on balance and with high level effectiveness.

[player_tooltip player_id="137159" first="Molly" last="Shomock"] - OH/DS | College: Eastern Kentucky
Shomock was a Division I all-Ohio 3rd team selection in 2021 after averaging 3.6 kills per set to lead Oletangy Orange offensively. She contributes in multiple phases of the game and should complement her arm skills well to also be a big ball control and defensive factor for this team as she averaged eight digs per match.

[player_tooltip player_id="137136" first="Sasha" last="Stotler"] - MB | College: West Virginia
At 6’4, Stotler brings size and presence to the front court for this squad. She averaged 4.0 kills per set for Riverside with a total of 334 kills on the season and hitting at a .290 efficiency. Stotler also averaged 3.4 blocks per match as she has good length to get up and over the net to fill space well. She has showed great gains in her court presence offensively and in creating more fluid approach patterns in all locations. She builds good momentum and utilizes her high contact point well in addition to increasing her ability to hit with power.

[player_tooltip player_id="137163" first="Anna" last="Boezi"] - MB/RS | College: Georgia Tech
A Division I all-Ohio honorable mention honoree for 2021, Boezi is headed to upstart Division I and regional final participant Georgia Tech next fall. She has a high ceiling to her game at 6’2 as she is athletic with good elevation off the floor. She had 253 kills on the season while hitting a very impressive .542 to be among state leaders in that category. She also had 114 total blocks to average 5.2 per match in helping Troy to an undefeated season in conference play.

[player_tooltip player_id="137158" first="Erin" last="Brothers"] - MB/RS | College: Towson
Brothers averaged 2.4 kills per set while hitting .260 for Central Crossing in 2021, her best single season production for her high school career. The Towson commit should be more effective with her club team and the increased skill in ball control and setting around her. She gets off the floor well and can generate good arm speed in the air.

[player_tooltip player_id="137160" first="Ayva" last="Leon"] - DS/L | College: Cleveland State
The 5’7 defensive specialist averaged 3.2 digs per set in 2021 with multiple matches over 20 digs.
