Here are three 2024 Region 7 setters to watch.
Rachel Ganoe is a sophomore setter from Ballard High School. Athletic, Ganoe covers the court extensively and possesses strong communication skills. A precise passer who reacts quickly on the court, Ganoe is reliable, runs the offense successfully and excels at the setter position for her high school volleyball team.
Mary Oswald Mary Oswald S Christian Academy-Louisville | 2024 State KY is a sophomore setter/defensive specialist from Christian Academy-Louisville. Versatile, Oswald has shown the ability to deliver both offensively and defensively, Oswald directs the offense successfully and makes quick decisions on the court routinely. In addition, Oswald produces consistently as a back row hitter.
Kelsey Monks is a sophomore setter from Presentation Academy. A vocal leader, Monks identifies blockers efficiently and moves well from side to side. Monks can produce from either the back row or the front row and sets consistently. Among the leaders for her high school volleyball team, Monks digs and blocks successfully.
