<p>Junior outside hitters delivered for teams throughout Region 1 during the 2021 high school volleyball season and will carry momentum into the next prep campaign. </p>
<p>A look at five 2023 Region 1 outside hitters to watch follows.</p>
<p><strong>Hannah Emmons</strong> is a junior outside hitter from Fulton County High School. Among the leaders for her high school team in 2021, Emmons is a consistent hitter from the left side of the net. Emmons has shown the ability to produce in multiple categories regularly. </p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="127198" first="Jenna" last="Henshaw"]</strong> is a junior outside hitter from McCracken County High School. Henshaw was a key player for Region 1's top program, throughout the 2021 high school volleyball season. Henshaw is highly productive and possesses solid jumping ability. </p>
<p><strong>Alexis Jones</strong> is a junior outside hitter from Carlisle County High School. Jones has displayed the ability to be a go-to hitter and a primary passer. A player who possesses solid back row skills, Jones reads opposing defenses successfully and completes attack hits regularly. </p>
<p><strong>Carson McReynolds</strong> is a junior outside hitter from Calloway County High School. McReynolds adjusts well to sets coming from any location. A player who works well with the middle blocker on blocks, McReynolds is productive along the front row. </p>
<p><strong>Tori Shaw</strong> is a junior outside hitter/opposite from Marshall County High School. Shaw is a reliable hitter from either side of the net who can dig for quick attacks routinely. Able to excel on both offense and defense, Shaw is versatile in addition to being quick-reacting. </p>
