<p>Several sophomores played multiple positions for 12th Region teams during the 2021 high school volleyball season. </p>
<p>Here are four versatile 2024 12th Region players to watch. </p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="128190" first="Abi" last="Bruner"]</strong> is a sophomore middle blocker/right side hitter from West Jessamine High School. Bruner provides a strong presence along the middle of the net. Agile, Bruner moves well from side to side and closes blocks with teammates consistently. Bruner uses quick attacks on offense and is a productive hitter from the right side. </p>
<p><strong>Sidney Fowler</strong> is a sophomore defensive specialist/right side hitter from East Jessamine High School. Fowler is a talented back row hitter who digs and pursues well. A player who possesses strong jumping ability, Fowler can set if needed. Able to excel on both defense and offense as a young prep player, Fowler boasts a solid all-around skill set</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="158393" first="Maggie" last="Holt"]</strong> is a sophomore outside hitter/defensive specialist from Pulaski County High School. Holt elevates well at the net and completes attack hits regularly. Athletic, Holt routinely displays the ability to adjust to sets coming from any location and hit from both the front row and the back row. </p>
<p><strong>Danielle Story</strong> is a sophomore setter/opposite hitter from Lincoln County High School. Story is a vocal leader who possesses strong communication skills. Quick, Story covers the court thoroughly, makes quick decisions and directs the offense successfully. Story identifies blockers successfully and can deliver as a hitter from the right side of the net. </p>
