Here are three 2025 12th Region middles to watch.
Alyna Bodner is a freshman middle blocker from Lincoln County High School. Bodner has shown the ability to use quick attacks on offense. Able to read the opponent’s hitters to set up blocks, Bodner provides a strong presence along the middle of the net. Bodner blocks well, both individually as well as with the opposite hitter and outside hitter.
Kendra Christopher Kendra Christopher MB Boyle County | 2025 State KY is a freshman middle blocker from Boyle County High School. Among the top young high school volleyball players in the 12th Region, Christopher led her high school team in both kills and blocks as a freshman. Agile, Christopher moves well from side to side and reads the setter to adjust her approach to get the most out of attacks consistently.
Megan Loudermilk is a freshman middle blocker/outside hitter from McCreary Central High School. Loudermilk contributed for her high school team during the 2021 high school volleyball season and is poised to take on a larger role in the upcoming campaign. Athletic, Loudermilk is capable of producing as both a middle blocker and an outside hitter. Loudermilk possesses solid jumping ability and completes attack hits regularly.
